Start with the right channel and context
Content Studio has social workflows for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Reddit. The available templates determine the formats you can create. Choose a template that matches where the post will be used.
Configure the topic, tracked prompts and any brand or audience context. Add instructions that explain the post's purpose and the evidence it should use. Channel-specific formats and image support vary.
Compare variants and compose a post
- Generate the available variants and read them side by side. Compare the central claim, opening and fit for the channel.
- Choose a variant and continue to compose. Edit the body, images and any channel-specific fields offered by the workflow, such as hashtags or the first comment.
- Preview the final post and save your edits. Check the destination's format and length requirements before publishing.
Use the actual destination status
The publish dialog resolves the destinations and connections available for the workflow. Connect the relevant social account in Integrations and select the correct page, profile, board or subreddit when required.
A destination shown as unavailable cannot be used to publish. Use the export action offered by the workflow for manual publishing or an external approval process. Confirm that a scheduled or published status is shown before assuming a post is live.
Reddit engagement has an additional research and review workflow in Reddit GEO. Review the community context and the specific approval checks there before posting comments.
