Review the content schedule
The Calendar at /calendar shows workspace content around its scheduled or published dates. It helps you see how activity is distributed and inspect the posts associated with a day.
Select a day or event to inspect the available post details and provider. Use the schedule actions from Content Studio or agent post flows when you want to put content on the calendar.
Schedule content deliberately
- Review and save the content before opening the scheduling or publishing dialog.
- Confirm the connected account and selected destination. Choose a future time when scheduling is available.
- Read the date and time shown by the scheduling control and confirm the action.
- Return to Calendar to verify the planned post. After the scheduled time, check the post's actual publication status and destination.
Separate the schedule from the outcome
A calendar event records planned or past content activity. Confirm publication in the post history or live destination if an integration expires or a publish attempt fails.
Use AI Search Console and the workflow tracking view to assess subsequent content pickup. Calendar itself is not a measure of indexing, citations or on-site visits.
