Open the enabled Content workspace
Content at /content is an optional workspace capability with its own publishing and engagement tools. It complements the staged article and social workflows in Content Studio. Access depends on your account's enabled features and workspace permissions.
Its tabs include Posts, Social profiles, Inbox, Approvals, AI drafts, Analytics and Notifications. Select the correct workspace before connecting a profile or working on a post.
Prepare, approve and publish
- Use Social profiles to connect or manage the publishing identities available to the workspace.
- Create a post in the composer or start from AI drafts. Choose the relevant target and review the generated text and media in the editor.
- Use the available approval workflow when another team member needs to review the post. Inspect items pending your approval and those waiting on someone else.
- Choose the destination and timing in the publishing or scheduling dialog, then check the saved post's status and details.
Review engagement and analytics
Inbox brings together the messages and mentions available from connected profiles. Review the original context before replying or taking an action, and check which channel is selected.
Analytics includes account and post views for the selected time range. Metrics depend on provider support, connected profiles and available data. Use Notifications to review the available content-workspace activity.
Publishing analytics and social engagement are different from citations in monitored AI answers. Use AI Search Console, Sources and AI Traffic to investigate AI discovery outcomes.
